Evaluation
We will evaluate the programme by jointly collating and reporting on some or all of the following data:

Reactions level data at the end of each workshop
(Level 1)
Pre and post-programme 360-degree feedback, to demonstrate real, behavioural changes (Level 3)
The impact of projects on the business with success stories, case studies and measured outcomes (Levels 3 and 4)
